Google Developer Account for Organizations (highly recommended)
To create a Google Developer Account, follow the steps below.
Although we strongly advice against doing so, if you want to launch an individual developer account click here.
Now let's start and get you set up
First go to Google developer console and Click "Go to Play Console"
Login with a google account:
⚠️ Two factor authentication needs to be turned on to create a google developer account. How to turn on two factor authentication.
Choose to continue with any of the below options for Organizations:
Company
Business
Non-profit
Governmental
Educational Institute
⚠️ You will need to have the following to create your Developer Account.
A D-U-N-S Number registered for your organization. If you dont already have a D-U-N-S Number you can get it here: https://www.dnb.com/duns.html
A verified Gmail account => is visible on Google Play for your users.
A verified email and phone number => for Google to contact you.
$25 Registration fee.
Choose a developer name ID "This is not your App name.”
Link a payment profile to your Developer Acc
⚠️ Its important you provide correct information using your real legal name, Address since google will ask you to verify your Identity via ID or passport at a later stage.
Complete the form and click continue
Enter Your organization's D-U-N-S Number and click Next
⚠️ If you have not received your D-U-N-S Number yet you wont be able to continue just right now. To get your D-U-N-S Number visit: https://www.dnb.com/duns.html
Confirm your business info.
Check one more time if you your business information is correct and the click Confirm
Review Payments Profile and check if all Data is correct
Enter your email and verify it
⚠️ This email will be available for everyone to see and use.
Accept the Acknowledgment agreement and click Next
Enter your experience using developer accounts; you can type "beginner." Click Next.
Select I don't have a website and click next
⚠️ Adding a website to be verified by Google may cause delays in the app submission process; we advise you to mark it as I don't have a website.
Number of apps: Select 1
Earning money on Google play: Select Yes and In-App Purchases/Subscribtions
App Categories: It is best to mark none of the above.
⚠️ You need to click Verify email to be able to continue.
Enter and Verify your contact Info
Accept all Google Terms.
Create account and pay.
Add a creditcard:
⚠️ The Creditcard needs to be in your name otherwise Google will not accept it.
Once your identity was veriefied you will receive an email. Go to the Google play console https://play.google.com/console/signup and continue the setup.
Invite us to your google play store account
Click Users and permissions-Invite new user
Add koaloapp@gmail.com as the email
Click Accounts and permission and select Admin (all permissions)
Finalize by clicking Invite user

Send Invite:
Go to Home and click on your app
Under App Integrity click link Cloud Project
Click on Learn more and scroll down to Go to Dashboard page
Click your app name on top right and click create new project
Give your project a name. We recommend using your App Name and click To create
Click on Menu on top left and go to View all products
Under Administration click IAM and administration and then Service accounts on the left side
Click Create New Service Account
Add a name to the Service Account. We suggest to use your App Name then click Create and continue
Give the service account access to the project: Select Owner as role
Then click continue
Then Click Ready:
Click on the three dots and then click Manage Keys
Click on dropdown menu Add Key and select Create a new key
Select JSON and Click To Create then click Allow Download
!!Allow download of the Private key and remember where you saved it, you will only be able to download the key once. Upload this key to the “App creation form”
Click on copy icon next to email and copy email to Clipboard and paste it into the “app creation form”
Click on Google Cloud on top left then choose APIs and Services
Click on APIs and Services
Click +Activate APIs and Services and search for “Google Play Android developer API"
Select Google Play Android Developer API and click Activate
